The Tour's outreach team deployed to three Local Government Areas in rural Enugu State, reaching young people who had not previously encountered government youth programmes.
Community liaisons and mobile information units carried printed materials, registration kits, and audio-visual presentations on government policies spanning education, agriculture, health, and enterprise.
One of the most impactful activations was a live demonstration of the government's digital ID and social investment registration systems, which many rural youth had heard of but could not access without guidance.
The outreach reinforced the Tour's mandate to be truly national — not urban-centric — ensuring each geopolitical zone and demographic cohort receives equal engagement.
